This bank is a *****

I took a short loan with this bank ,I earn fortnightly wages I gave them the correct date's to debit on my account and it wasn't my first loan with them they purposely debited on the wrong date's so they can hand me over to there lawyer's called JER without even consulting or trying to check what it is the problem on there system when this people called me I told them finbond still debiting on my account they told me there the one's I'm paying now I went to the branch to check what was wrong and the consultants where able to solve the matter as time went by JER and Finbond where both debting insight my account after I told JER to stop because I'm not even one payment behind but they insisted I later realised after I asked finbond and JER to reverse the Extra amount they debited to be reversed that this was a well planned ****/***** planned by this two companies after promising to return me back my money made me right a letter they called a branch I was using accusing the consultants they wrote the later for me they and they should stop giving customers numbers of there head offices ,I immediately logged on to my app I realised JER finbond legal services haven't stopped the debt order and there intent is not to do so after I asked them politely I went to my bank to stop JER being able to access it next time they try I got a massage on WhatsApp they see I stopped there debt order ,next time I should make sure I pay finbond monthly and they won't pay the extra money they took because they don't do that at there bank or else they will take legal action against me.As I am shell shocked I rep**** to there text threatening to not to pay the remaining amount and I am taking legal action for ***** there next was to send me a number to call threatened they have a recording on me and next they started calling the branch I am using to stop giving customers head offices number's I am shocked by this experience never ever have I experienced such my whole life to everyone who reads let's stop using this bank's we don't know to take loans ,save money for our children and please let's speak to our parents because it seems there they major clients to stop going there imagine a old man or lady in situation please guy's assist if you can I am also taking legal action on my side I won't pay the remaining amount until this matter is sorted and my money has returned to me.
