they are usless.....a nightmare

i need to settle a loan with finbond i called the number *** and spoke to a lady Thumi who promised to sent me the banking details and settlement amount.<br> to date nothing was receieved .<br> why do i have to beg someone to pay them.i mean really.<br> and on the website there is no details if you want to speak to a manager.<br> oh and we go to the branch and the lady tells us to go and draw the money and pay the cash to her....lol<br> this company is a joke....lol
