Sales manipulations and a bunch of ****

I went to Finbond in Jozini and was assisted by one sales lady who then sent me to a guy who seemed like the supervisor and this **** loaded 2 credits claiming that is how their system works and cannot load the full amount on one credit which is lie as I confirmed it with someone at another Finbond, they are just manipulating sales in order to reach which is in total violation of NCA, Consumer Act and FAIS(he should be debarred and I will follow up until it is the case even if I personally have to inform the FAIS ombudsman I will do that) because how do you load 2 credits all both with initiation fees, service fees and own interest which means instead of 1 initiation fee and service fee you end up paying 2 so he it can be seen as if they’re working. They further loaded 3 debicheck mandates after I informed them that for December the money gets early and if they’re not able to get it early on the 14th they must just put in my normal salary I would still have funds by then he then proceeded to say that “No we will load 1 for the 14th - once off then another one will go off from January on salary date. I saw one saying the 9th and informed him that I do not want it then he indicated that it may be a system issue but he will fix it. Now they deducted my last money I needed to us for my car repairs, someone needs to solve this and reverse my money ASAP then deduct on my salary date.
