Ripping pensioners off their money

My mom recently took a loan with Finbond and yesterday when I saw her documents I saw that what she must pay back is not fair. She borrowed R1300 and her instalment is R490pm for 6 months when I calculated it. She's gonna pay them back R2940,their interest is R1600. I mean that's not fair, even at a bank they wouldn't charge you such. When I got there yesterday and wanted to see the documents and what they didn't have any, they took someone's else information and edited it and put my mother's details there. This company is ripping people off especially old people. I mean my mom is 65 years old and is trying pension, how and why do they do this to pensioners. Its wrong and not fair!! I need help to stop these people from taking so much money from my mom

Good day

We herewith confirm that Finbond has been in telephonic contact with you. We have also provided you with a break down of the loan amount. The amount repayable is not only made up of interest as stated above, but complies with the costs and interest set out in the National Credit Act.

Kind regards
