Refund not paid

Good day,

My name is Siphokazi, I had took a loan at Finbond Mutual Loan (Adderley street Cape Town) and this has been paid up. Finbond therefore deducted payment even after this was paid up. Finbond called and asked me to come and fill in the refund form. This was then completed on the 19th of June and i was advised that the refund amount will be in my account within 48hours. I called the branch and i was told the lady at the head office has been off hence this has been processed. My question is, when this certain individual is not at work- no refund gets processed and why didnt the branch notify me? I need my refund asap!
