Poor Service From Finbond Call Center

I have app**** online via the call centre for a loan. Send all documents as required and yet still no has came back to me after 4 days should I qualify for a small loan. Confirmation Letter of Employment is attached and also from Standard Bank that all Stop Orders has been cancelled.

I would like someone to get back to me with an outcome cause the level of service is very poor from the call center.
