Poor service from finbond

Finbond deducted my money without any contract or loan with them. I try to call them they promise to return my money but they didn't. I do visit there nearest branch but they fail to help me. The debt order it doesn't reverse and it doesn't cancelled. I try to call right now they promise to return the call but they failed to do so. I emailed *** several times but she first communicate but now she doesn't anymore. I try to call her she promise to transfer to someone who has the authority to help but till now nothing happened. I started calling them from 28 july 2020. Till now. My contact is ***
