poor service feels like I'm being ****med.

I am writing this with a lot of frustration as to the appalling service I am currently receiving with Finbond Roodepoort branch, I have made a payment arrangement with REJ company that they are using for debt collection and Finbond was supposed to cancel their debit order a long time ago but to this day they didn't and they even **** to say they never received any communication from their head office legal department yet I was personally cc on that specific email.

I spoke to one of their guys in Roodepoort telephonically they promised to call me they took my details and all still no calls and my account is being debited R115 every week and no one has an explanation and still debit order not cancelled meaning I am paying Finbond twice for 1 loan.
