Payments NOT ALLOCATED

Hi,

I took a loan out with Finbond beginning of March 2017, and when we doing the application I told them more than 5 TIMES to make sure that the debit order is deducted from this account number where my salary gets paid into. Which they said they will do. I did not give permission to deduct from any other account. Yet I had to pay the late fees from them not deducting. The next 2 months no problem with deducting. Go make another 2 loans (After eachone is completed)

Now on the 3rd one (& LAST) they wanting me to pay extra late fees after their staff did not do what I repeatedly asked them to do from the 1st loan.

And no statement.
