Non clearance on ITC for 7 months

I settled an account that was handed over last year November. Till today they have not taken the steps to clear my name on the ITC and update my account as closed on their side.

In April if not March I called their legal head office for assistance and they promised to clear my name but so far nothing, I then further took an initiative to call the same head office for legal matters and they promised in 10 working days it will be sorted and I don’t trust that since it’s the second time they say that.
