No Response to my Query
Good Day, I`ve send an email last week with your client`s particulars and a power of attorney(your client gave me the power of attorney to handle this matter on his behalf), requesting information regarding the Personal Loan account he has with you guys, no one responded to my email, can a manager contact me anytime after 13:00 this week in order to discuss this matter or respond to me via email?
