No credit report update

I have paid up my two loans that i had with them a few months back already,i was told that my profile will be updated within 21 days..its been four months and i still have an open balance on my report for the exact same amount outstanding on my profile..nobody did any update at all..please please..how many 21 days must i now still wait for them to update.
