No assistance at all

Worst experience ever. App**** for a loan and was pre approved, subject to sending in required documents. After submitting it, they declined me. Surely a loan pre approval with conditions should be approved when completing and sending the needed docs. Submitted exact docs, but still declined. That is false advertising. I contacted the complaints department and also got no response. Bad, very bad.
