Left in the dark by Finbond lack of professionalism

Good day I am providing my personal experience dealing with the consultants of this company. I was told and given the contact details of Finbond from Thuthukani financial Services. The consultants was not very friendly and sure not very helpful. I simply requested that they assist me to obtain my Paid up letter on the records they have since taking over the Thuthukani loans division. Some consultants dropped the phone in my ear telling me simply they cant assist. I had to visit one of these branches where a friendlier consultant gave me the information of their head offices to further my inquiry. Head office was a loosing battle. No one answers the phones even after selecting from prompts to speak to the reception no one answer. The services provided to me up to now was very poor and I still need their assistance to have a paid up letter to clear my name from debt review.

Will they be able to assist me in order to change my review from customer point of view. what else can I do. The account number at Thuthukani loans was: THUTHUKANI FINANCIAL SERVICES (PTY) LTD ***
