Invalid ITC listing

I recently app**** for a loan with your institution and spoke to a lady by the name of Michelle Stevens. She took too long with my application and I subsequently declined the offer as Old Mutual Finance had approved me and paid out my loan within 2 hours. However I have just checked my credit report and I see that an account with an outstanding balance has been loaded for Finbond and I don't have a loan with you. Can you please send me written confirmation of me not having anything with you and remove the listing from my Itc or the matter will be taken to the Ombudsman.
