I have had 21 sms's from Finbond in 24 hours

Each of these sms's are so long that it takes 2 messages to get the full sms and at the end it gives you a reply Stop and they are supposed to leave you alone but they have not done so, just sent more sms's so that 21 x2 that 42 sms's in less than 24 hours plus i have had to reply STOP each time when i called their local office i was told the call taker could not help and that Wendy (whom ever she maybe was out of the office but would be back shortly, well she either never came back or she just chose to ignore my call , i called back at 15h45 to find out that maybe i should try calling the headoffice in Pretoria, i ask whom i should speak to and was told that , the cape town staff dont know whom is in charge in Pretoria! You don't know who pays your salary???? i called Pretoria and got a long winded options to choose from one was for queries and complaints so i chose option 2 only to be told sorry there is a problem the complaints system was full. so i call again immediatly only to get a new message telling me they were now closed at 16h30 it was 16h05 at the time checked by 3 different clocks , apart from you spamming me after i have asked you to stop and its about changing my social grant to my finbond acc, firstly how do they know if i am or not on a social grant secondly where did they get my information from , i have not asked them for anything or contacted them prior to this and i certainly never agreed to get messages from these people .
