Horrible business place to ever consider

I wish I could put a negative star. I had a horrible experience with this institution. They double debited me and told me that they see error but they need my bank statement to process my refund. Since they had my banking details they debited and the amount taken in error, why should I incur a charge of pulling a bank statement to get my refund done? They told me it’s a process. Which I did with an advice that I’ll get the money within 2 hours but it’s 5 days later being taken from pillar to post. The agent at Thabong Mall, Sebokeng. A gentleman made empty promises and even told me that he will call me back. When I ask the numbers of head office; I was told to google them. After I searched them on google; I found that they have a call centre number where a refund department told me that they have no documents of my refund and I should go back to the branch that doesn’t know how to do their job. When I called the branch the same gentleman told me that he has my documents in his hands and I said I need an email of the proof that they are sent and he never did.

Breach of contract on the debit order amount and terms, ********* and inconsiderate as they tell me to google their business contact; alicia email not attended and empty promises and it’s total disregard of consumer rights.

I’ll be happy to see these people losing business and shutting down.
