Last year around August an agent who works for finbod mutual bank opened an account using my personal information without my knowledge of it. I only found out about it this year because she was no longer paying the loans she took, I went to the bank and gave them my bank statement and also to show them my signature which was different from the one they had already. I have been going back and forth but it seems no one want to help clear my name even though they know that I didn't open the accounts. Last month I went the and the lady by the name lebo refused to give my file so I can to the police station to open a case of *****, she then told me that my file was missing and refused to call anyone from superior position to clarify a way forward. I then met with the area manager by the name of Goodman and he just told me useless story and try to get rid of me by saying he will call me to notify me about the progress of the case but I haven't heard from him since. Please help me clarify my name because I didn't open these accounts
