Finbond Teller Problems

My father have drawn money from absa teller in krugersdorp west... the teller deducted the money from he's account but never gave him the money... and swallowed the bank card. Now it's been 10 days and he can not reverse this transaction, now for a pensioner this is not acceptable that he must now wait 2 weeks for he's money to be returnd to him... Finbond Mutual Bank keep telling him they will phone him but they do not do this...

Realy FinBond... How can u not resolve this isue..... aspecialy that he's a pensioner and need the little bit that he get's to servive....
