FINBOND LISTING ME WHILE I HAVE PAID THEM

I got clearance letter on the 18th of March 2020 from FINBOND FOR ACC *** but guess what iam still listed on Experian that I owe them. Useless companies like this they don't care once you have paid them and your credit profile. I am unable to do anything until they decide to send NCR to update that I have paid....Useless and *********** I need my name cleared immediately
