Finbond irresponsible lending

I want to complain about Finbond services how do you give a pensioner, my father 3 different loans, with a combined repayment of R8000 + are there no laws governing that kind of irresponsible lending, are you not regulated, sies on you that now a 70+ year old pensioner was enticed by the prospects of more money but forgetting he has to live there after.
