Finbond / Capfin

Can you please ignore this bank because when you getting retrenched than you stil have to dock up money why. If I may ask isn't loan companies suppose to have coverage like banks insurance. Like I'm talking it's finbond and Capfin are they trying to rip people's from they money or are they just banks to get something out of people. The problem is here with the 2 banks they finance can't give me a proper answer. The thing is work doesn't come as you expect to come and where experienced is involved. Thank you
