Finbond bank

I got a loan at finbond in May I paid it off in june; asked them to writte to their head office hence they put a person on credit beaury as soon as they aptove for the plan. They say said to clear my name on the system it will only take 7 to 10 workin days. I was doing other transactions at the bank that I use; I was blocked by finbond I can't do any credit because of them and it's frustrating me; am earning people not to use finbond bank; that are loan sharks and they don't care about the customer what they want is to get people into debts.
