Finbond

Finbond is the worst ever. I'm currently under debt review. Now I need a paid up letter from Finbond, now after 2 years they say that there is still an outstanding balance, how? When I initially app**** for debt review all accounts was accounted for, including Finbond. The last payment that was deducted from the debt review company I'm under for Finbond was in September 2018. So now that I'm following up, there is an outstanding balance? I have been in contact with them, but no responses yet.
