Error in Judgement

So today I'm at my office and I get a call from "Sophy", whom I may add does not identify or say where she is calling from, starts telling me about training sheets that she is supposed to receive from the Herm**** branch. She goes on and said that she wants the names of the people who are supposed to be listed on the training sheets and goes on that she sent the e-mail on the 19th and that the training takes place on the 28th. Mind you I also rush to check if such e-mail was received as we also go through many training and courses at my own institution. No such e-mail. I get back to her on the phone and she said that "You don't listen to me, I am going to start over and i sent this e-mail again" Goes on about who she is talking to and where the manager is etc. What I then ask her is to confirm the e-mail address she sent the mail to and low and behold it's for Finbond! Sophy my dear, if you are this rude to employees, what is your attitude like towards customers and I would think that you who train these poor employees surely give them this same type of attitude to then give to the customer as well. Sophy hit me up with another call and an apology please. You just made my day. I would not like to work for Finbond or want services from them if they are this crass towards people, all because of your own error. Next time make sure you got your own institutions contact details man.
