Duplicate debit order after complaint

I find myself receiving the almighty spite by having my bank account getting debit ordered twice with the same installment amount this month at the De aar branch. When I went to consult with them about this yesterday I was told about my complaint last month about them not updating my credit record and about me reporting them to head office. I can't comprehend the relevance. So I'm utterly disgusted right now
