Disrespectful, Unprofessional & Shocking Service at Finbond East London Branch/NEXT TO MR PRICE OXORD

I am highly dissatisfied and disgusted by the treatment I received at Finbond East London branch opposite Mr Price.

The consultant who assisted me, a dark-skinned lady with thick black drawn brows, displayed absolutely no professionalism, respect, or basic customer service etiquette. From the moment I sat down, she continuously kept getting up to assist her colleagues while I was still being attended to, without properly excusing herself or even acknowledging how disrespectful that was to me as a client.

To make matters worse, she sat chewing gum throughout the consultation in an extremely disrespectful manner while speaking to me. The phone on her desk kept ringing repeatedly, and instead of professionally answering the call and politely informing the caller that she was busy assisting a client, she simply ignored it while continuing to complain loudly about how tired she was, how she still needed to submit reports, and other personal frustrations that had absolutely nothing to do with me as a customer.

What shocked me the most was how she loudly blurted out my personal information where other clients in the waiting area could hear everything. That level of carelessness regarding client confidentiality is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.

I work as an Office Administrator myself and assist clients daily, so I fully understand what professional client service looks like. The behaviour I experienced at this branch was embarrassing, chaotic, rude, and completely unacceptable. No client deserves to be treated with such disregard and disrespect.

Finbond seriously needs to address the attitude, professionalism, and customer service standards at this branch because the experience I had was beyond disappointing.
