Credit file

Anyone who can please advise me on how to take on this company, this company been affecting my credit file for far to long.. I have been called by their Attorneys representing them about an outstanding amount from 2018, I ask them a question they could not confirm, asked them how come I got a loan now April 2020 of R1000 and was repaid and they calling me for a balance that am not aware of now. They told me that they will call me back , about 3 advisors promised that. I further raised a complaint with them, advising the above. No feedback and time scale was 2 working days but it's now a week. I want to be financially free, debt free, I need MY CREDIT FIXED FINDBOND!!
