I would like to lay a complain regarding finbond protea gardens so i dont know if i am using the correct email, so my mother took out a loan in your branch in soweto "protea gardens" and apperently she needs to give them R100 for them to process her application, so this is happening for the second time now. I went there and witnessed that myself where she was escorted to the atm for that R100, so what i want to know as en ex bank employee is that is normal? Imagine the R100 they take a day in all those pensioners? This is not fair and it should be investigated because i am taking this to the ombudsman for them to investigate the *******ion happening in that branch. My contact numbers are ***
