Being harassed for payment when i settled the account in Dec 2013

<p>I settled my loan account with Finbond in December 2013. I have been receiving calls from attorneys demanding the money. I checked my credit rating with TransUnion and its negative because of Findbond and yet i have settled the account over 2 years ago. I have been calling Finbond but they just put meu on hold or keep on redirecting my call. Please advise me what to do because its insane that i have to bear the grunt because of their lack of admin effeciency.</p>
