Bad service + *********** staff

Extremely bad service from finbond Midrand , no professionalism non whatsoever. I asked the to debit my account on a specific date, they decide to choose their own date at a later stage. Raised this with the manager and was very arrogant even blamed me for it. Same thing again this month , still waiting for a debit order to go through, and I wonder why did they let me choose the date if they will choose their own. No apology and it seems the error is still not fixed. Please train your people well , as it seems they don't know what they doing
