Where’s the Consumer Protection???

I am also a very unhappy customer of this entity! Had to move after 3 months of taking out membership. They have NO facility in the Somerset West area and were not even willing to look at different membership options or payment options to accommodate me. My emails go unanswered and when you phone in, the amount you owe just keeps adding up! I paid the membership like an ass for 23 months. I know owe another R1040 - because I didn’t give 30 day notice and R450 for hand-over fee. Yes - I’ve been handed over to ITC. Please DON’T sign a contract with these sharks! Someone’s getting rich and I would like to know who it is? Daylight *******!
