Very shady and bad communications

What a bunch of ******! Please DO NOT sign any contract with these people. Their handling of the COVID situation with regards to payments was *******. They automatically extended contracts and made us pay R99 admin fee. Then when you give them notice on your original contract that you are cancelling, the stories begin. All the while money keeps getting debited. Can I also mention that it’s almost impossible to reverse or cancel their debit order, it gets processed as a card payment. Again beware of this! They hide behind emails and never make an effort to call you.
