Terrible terrible customer service and ***ually inappropriate coaches

I have been trying for ages to cancel my gym contract . Had to fight to get the gloves removed from my payment because I never received the gloves they expect me to pay for . The coaches being completely inappropriate to my sister, constantly talking about her looks and Insisting on her number . Every time I ask for a price to cancel contract it’s a different amount . So I have no idea what I am actually paying and this morning when I asked I got a rude response back . All I want to do is get an email with a proper amount on it . Each time it is different and then when I ask is it this amount with a question mark I get no response but then get bombarded with emailed saying I haven’t paid . I WILL NOT pay for something when I can’t get a proper answer on a cancellation amount and then to get a rude response is disgusting . after the way my sister was treated I must just fork over my money with zero explanation as to why I am paying that .
