Questionable business practices

The Fight Club SA is a business that seems to be run by ****s with unfair and in fact one has to wonder possibly not so legal practices. I signed up for a winter special, the offering was that I would get a call from a consultant who would then schedule my personal training assessment session. This never happened and I subsequently cancelled said contract and was informed that I had passed a cancellation date and would have to pay R6500. Which I have subsequently have been listed on the credit bureau as a bad payer, this listing was done on their behalf by a company called ACCOUNTABILITY - so much for that. How does ITC verify that when companies blacklist customers are they practicing fair and legal business practice???
