Good experience

My experience with this company is a bit different to all the others. We started training there and were delighted that this gym offered something different than just throwing around weights. We had a personal trainer that trained us like an army corporal. Proper warm ups. exercise and cool down. It taught us a lot of skill and the boxing classes gave us confidence to face any challenge. Most to all of the complaints are about canceling the contracts. If you are not sure that you want to become healthy, then watch TV, but do not join a gym and do not sign a contract.
