Fight Club ********* deductions of my money in my account

Fight Club is an ********* institution busy deducting unauthorized and invalid premiums in my account for a contract I have terminated which was due to end in May 2020 and yet they refused to process my termination citing reasons that due to Lockdown they are not processing cancellations. After that they continued to deduct R99 in my account during lockdown prolonging this contract and making money out of me forcefully. When disputing these invalid deductions from my account they are now citing that a certain R225,50 bounced off my bank account which they submitted mid month yet my agreement for deduction at the time of my contract was the 28th of every month. So now they keep rolling over the contract monthly trying to deduct more money which is inclusive of the R649 monthly fee yet I am no longer in that contract and they refuse to process the termination.
