Worst Experience ever! Have been trying to cancel my contract for last 4 months. Signed up last year in January for 12 months which should have ended already. They then made the excuse that Covid naturally extended your contract. There after they just extend your contract for 6 months. I then requested the cancellation cost which was magically calculated to R8000 nearly the entire years worth of contract . A month later it drops to R4000 and now its R5000 where they get the metrics from no one knows. Each time a different excuse.

Besides the fact that when we did try and attend the classes you have to book but could only book 24 hours in advance and therefore left us not being able to attend most classes as you cant move your booking on the day. How stupid.
