Disgusting service

<p>Fight clubs service is disgusting. They expect you to pay, pay, pay but when you make a simple request like a copy of a contract or feedback from HO then no one has the decency to get back to you. I recieved no confirmation that my membership was activated, and had ZERO communication with the Westside fight club despite the fact that my contract was missing my bank details and they couldnt debit me. YET on the 5th of July I received an sms saying i must pay by the 7th with No amount, no details. NOTHING. And when i ask for details regarding this from their websites live chat, i was told that myrequested is being sent to HO yet the agents should be at HO, isnt it???? No if i end up with a bad ITC rating, it smy fault because Fight Club doesnt know how to get hold of people but they want money. Where must i even make this payment to?? the air ? you guys say you're better than Virgin Active but i doubt virgin would do this to their customers. Disgusting and i'll make sure to tell everyone i know about their service </p>
