Disgusting Fight Club Service and False Accusation of Being in ARREARS

this Business does not even deserve 1 star in fact if there were -Stars they would get -10

Below is a mail received from Fight club after they had already received my money and were in possession of my funds -

Your account is currently in arrears amounting to R.549 with Fight Club. We shall be running a debit order on the following Fridays 11 May 2018,18 May 2018 and 25 May 2018. Please select a date which is most convenient for us to debit you. We do understand that there are some rough months in the year we can double you R.1098 at the end of the month.

I am insulted and aggrieve by this mail - They have debited my account and Now I am receiving SMS'S and EMAILS stating I am In ARREARS

I do not want to continue in an agreement with a company who FALSELY accuses me of being in arrears when they are already in possession of my funds - this is disgusting and highly unprofessional

I do not want to continue in a contract with a company who can not get the most basic of billing correct and the first interaction with a client is insulting them by accusing them falsely of not paying when you have already got my money

I required a retraction of these false allegations - instead the owner referred to me as Sweetie and told me if i am frustrated to go to his gym and hit a bag - "HOW dare you"

I require an apology for the insulting SMS's and EMail incorrectly sent as you had my funds and I am NOT, NOT HAVE I EVER BEEN IN ARREARS

I require that you CANCEL MY AGREEMENT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT - I am TERMINATING THIS AGREEMENT AS I AM SO DISGUSTED THAT THIS IS HOW YOU DEAL WITH CLIENTS I DO NOT WANT TO BE AFFILIATED WIT YOUR BUSINESS OR ATTEND YOUR GYM DUE TO YOUR INABILITY TO ACT PROFESSIONALLY AND BILL AND MANAGE YOUR COLLECTIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS CORRECTLY

TODAY IS THE 9TH May and this is official notice to cancel my contract
