ATROCIOUS 'SERVICE' FROM NICK AT FIGHTCLUB

Your accounts consultant 'Nick' needs to learn so customer etiquette. I called to query an account and get clarity on my account, he did not bother to take my name let alone listen to what my concerns are, instead he found it professional to use profanity over the phone with me. He did not at all address my concerns, he refused to put me through to the consultant I've been in communication with via email, and insisted on having things done his way without customer consideration. I'm disgusted by the service and terms I've received from Fiightclub. Can fightclub have some integrity and revert to me to resolve my initial issue.
