42 x one star reviews, using words like '****', '******', '*********', '*****', 'con'. At your peril

My advice, avoid this company, if it can be dignified as such. I wish I'd read the fight club reviews. i have never seen such a series of almost identical complaints and customers complaining using words like ****, *********, ******, ***** etc . after cancellation they continue to collect and to refuse to close accounts. I cancelled several times by phone, email, and still they didn't cancel. in the end a debt was handed over and i paid to clear and close the accounts. Then, nearly a year later, they simply did not close and continued to bill without my knowledge. and they sent an sms threatening to hand over an account that has been closed multiple times. Does this count as *****? it must. Perhaps there is a case for a class action here, wasting people's time, taking money in breach of cancellations, damage to reputation, costs etc. In my opinion this company should be referred to the Ombudsman and exposed on Carte Blanche. Personally i am seeking legal advice to bring a claim against them.

Update. i chased and eventually involved lawyers. In spite of them having listed me a year ago, without my knowledge and without indicating anything was owing, and in spite of me paying the amount and they saying they had removed me, they did not remove me. A year later they sent another bill, which with lawyers and the full documentation i proved have been paid. Only after tedious to-ing and fro-ing with them and challenging a director of the organization directly, did they admit their mistake and cancel the invoice, agreeing it had been paid. They wasted a lot of my time and money, and looking at the reviews, many others too.
I discovered i was still listed from the previous year, in spite of their assurance they had removed me.
I am really short of (polite) words to describe this organisation and their methods. All I can say is don't go anywhere near them and if you do, bring lawyers with you. In my opinion they bring business into disrepute. Is this bullying vulnerable customers with legal threats to pay monies not owing?
