Worst Service Ever, So disappointed !!

<p>Please help going for 3 weeks now ONT flashing red CTP box dead and no support from the so called Fibrehoods Complex Team or anyone at Brite Links. How much longer will I be going around in circles or would it be best to escalate to Dewald Booysen. Please would someone respond with a proper explanation and realistic time line as opposed to the Generic Responses I've been receiving from you based on what's on your Portal which is incorrect and seems to be updated Annually.</p>
