Unresponsive

<p>This organisation is as bad as Telkom/Openserve in being disinterested in helping the consumer. They're unresponsive and ignore customers (would be customers. Their "service" is shockingly bad. Wow we have to deal with **** service in South Africa - we must have amongst the worst most *********** service providers in the world in this country.</p>
