TELKOM WAS FAR BETTER!

<p>We have received nothing but SHOCKING service from Fibrehoods since the day they "completed" the installation at our premises. Their installation team is great, the guys seem knowleadgable and professional, but as a customer, you don't deal with them directly, you have to go through "customer service" or basically BEG for someone to answer an email or a ticket from their system. Neo Ratshefola has intentionally been avoiding our attempts to contact her via telephone and email and we are utterly frustrated so we had to come to HelloPeter to see if they even care. OUR INTERNET HAS BEEN DOWN FOR 2 WEEKS, IT ONLY WORKED FOR 1 DAY AFTER YOU MADE THE LINE "LIVE". YOU BLAMED ICONNECT, SO THEY CAME TO CHECK THE DEVICE ONLY TO CERTIFY THAT IT IS FIBREHOODS' DEVICE THAT'S FAULTY. I would expect to be respected as a client, enough to return a call and reply to an email. Ignoring your customers will only take you to forum like this one. You guys need to do something about info @ fibrehoods coza because NO ONE ever replies and it's your main email address published EVERYWHERE. What are you going to do about our account???? Do you want us to go with Vumatel because you simply do not have any intentions to deliver your promise??!! Facebook doesn't even do the trick anymore either! So, SO frustrating.</p>
