Ridiculous - Cannot Get Hold of Fiberhoods Telephonically

<p>I have been trying to contact Fibrehoods for a very long time. The last attempt - I hung on the phone for about 20 odd minutes - I got updates all the time through the call telling me my queue number and estimated hold time, which by the way was incorrect. Eventually after 20 minutes I get to the front of the queue, only to be told - "Sorry but your call cannot be attended to right now. Please leave a message and we will get back to you." Then I get told, "This mailbox is full and is unable to take your message.". Then am abruptly cut off. </p> <p>Wake up Vumatel - This business is going to drag you guys through the mud with their awful service.</p>
