Poor / Non Existent Service

App**** for Fibre via Fibrehoods and Afrihost.

Quick to install but after numerous calls to both call centres (which can take up to an hour to answer) nothing is working, no internet connection.

promises are made of it will be fixed calls to me that the job card is completed, still nothing works.

this has been going on for three weeks already, both parties blaming each other.

worst service ever.
