No installation and rude call centre

<p>I ordered a Fibre service from this company, and after a week they have yet to do the site inspection. I was told the entire process would take less than two weeks when I ordered. Upon phoning the call centre to find out what is going on, the call centre staff were exceptionally rude to me, and then hung up the phone repeatedly when I tried to call back. They refused to let me speak to a manager. </p> <p> </p> <p>Already terrible service from this crowd, before they have even begun.</p>
