Incompetence and Arrogant

<p>Fiberhoods installed a line in my house 1 month ago. everytime i try and contact them their system has crashed or they have just finished configuring the line.. this has been dragging on for at least 3 weeks now. Apparently their management is too important to speak to customers and the directors never come to the office. This is a sign of a sinking ship.. Stay away from these amateurs!!!</p>
