Frequently down, never available

<p>Fibrehoods seem incapable of delivering a quality service. Not only that, but they apparently don't work on weekends. Yesterday (Friday) Fibrehoods technicians were working in our area, and they brought down the Internet. Then they just left. All attempts to contact them have failed, apparently they don't work after hours, even to fix problem they caused.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you suburb wants fibre that is less reliable than anything else out there, choose Fibrehoods. It was an appalling mistake of our suburb. We got conned by the idea we could use other ISP's, but that all falls to pieces when the weak link in the chain is Fibrehoods, not the ISP.</p>
